Hade Edge Senior Band

It was a lovely final night up up at Hade Edge, with the Senior Band finishing off the broadcast for us. Fantastic playing, and a lot of fun. With MD Simon Wood in charge, what else would you expect?
Apart from Batman and Robin…
even Lindsey ended up with a crucial part in proceedings … on triangle

Enjoyed the week-end, being present when the training band and the youth bands broadcast on Friday night. Singing in the choir on Saturday, then being interviewed and also attending the superb concert on the Sunday night. Well done, two valleys and also all at Hade Edge Band. By the way it was my husband Tom who gave Steve his first lessons - see comment number 1. We wish him well on the Isle of Skye. Pat Wood.

Great concert ...really enjoyed it, and I travelled all the way from Southampton ! I was visiting my daughter in Holmfirth and saw your poster Saturday morning. Thanks also for giving lessons to my future son in law Steve, who wanted to learn to play.... until he got a job with the RSPB on the Isle of Skye.
