This week we have a new adult volunteer joining the troops. Sarah Hodgson joins us with a vast background in commercial radio and advertising so we will be finding out everything we can about Sarah and hopefully getting some tips on how to advertise ourselves!
The rest of the broadcast is dedicated to LE TOUR. A great programme brought to you by our fantastic Many Views team fronted once again by lead presenter Connor. Yorkshire has a fantastic opportunity with the Tour De France starting here at home, and we sure are embracing it! There’s already so much going on and it’s still five months away, the closer it gets, the more Tour mad Yorkshire will get. So we are talking to a few very different people involved in Le Tour so far from the planning, to the Yorkshire Festival, to the big day. Earlier this week Joe, Connor and James talked to one of the Kirklees councillors who have had to put in a lot of planning ready for Le Tour, they got to find out just how much planning is involved.
Make sure you’re listening!
In case you were wondering who these lovely lot are, this is Hope & Social, the official band for The Yorkshire Festival. We will be interviewing Rich from the band on the show!
