20th May 2014
It’s Monday which means it’s Many Views time. We are back in the studio bringing you all the latest news and views from the Holme and Colne valleys.
Today on the show we are lucky enough to get to chat to Barb Stegemann; writer of ‘The 7 Virtues of a Philosopher Queen” and founder of The 7 Virtues Perfume Company. Over in Canada, Barb has been empowering people with her writing, and making a big difference with her perfume. The Fair Trader in Holmfirth are lucky enough to be the first stockist outside of London to get their hands on her perfume. Barb is down at the Fair Trader tonight to tell the story of her ethically sourced perfume.
We also get to speak to Natasha Holmes, Artistic Director of Tell Tale Hearts; the children’s touring theatre company. Natasha is here to talk to us about some fabulous and fun events coming up this month in Honley and Huddersfield as well as the UK tour of Yummm; “a celebration of food seen through children’s eyes using dance, live music, quirky design and some amusing eating utensils”.
For our Valley Round Up we are finding out what’s happening this week in the Holme and Colne Valleys.
Leave us your email address and we’ll remember you next time you visit.
