We’re back again, and this time…
As part of the Valley Round-up we’re getting warmed up for the Meltham Memoriesfun run on February 19th… The Great Escape. Izzie reports back from Marsden and Slaithwaite Transition Towns‘ screening of ‘In Transition’ at the Watershed in Slaithwaite. We find out from Ali and Matt about their experience of ‘An Evening of Mediumship’, after phsychic medium Angelina Hamell spoke to us last week. And a couple of our volunteers joined in with a Poetry Day run by Holmfirth Writers Group, so we’ll hear some of the results!
It’s the audio newspaper for the Two Valleys and it is live at 6pm.

Hi Rachel and Angelina, I am sorry that you found the review to be negative. I think our overall feeling was one of enjoyment and we acknowledged that Angelina did read some of the group in ways that were astonishing. Hi there, I have just listened to your article about Angelina. I have left a comment previously about Angelina and my own experience with her. I just wanted to say I am so sorry you felt that Angelina was general as I have sign posted people to her in the past and the feedback has always been very positive. In fact she told some friends of mine that they would have another child after a horrendous miscarriage and the Doctors had told her she would never carry a baby full term again. My friends laughed because Angelina didn’t know about the severity of the miscarriage and they continued to poke fun at her. However, 6 months later my friend went for a routine check up to find out she was 3 months pregnant. The Doctors asked her to consider a termination due to the damage that had happened during her last pregnancy and she would be putting her life at risk! My friend refused and 6 months later little jack entered the world healthy and happy. All the medical staff involved in her care couldn’t believe they had both survived and that she had had such a healthy pregnancy also. My friends told me that they had never really taken what she had said seriously before, but they would certainly take her seriously from now on! I would love you to book a private reading as you did say that if she had given you anything concrete you would have felt differently. Give her a try you never know what she might tell you. Hi i have been sitting here thinking of how to put what i want to say, i am so shocked to what you had to say about my show, and very hurt, you give me really good feed back on the evening i would of liked you to of told me the truth,i told you who i new and who had been to my other shows ,the rest i did not know,talking about a baby who was born then died, and i talked about the keep sake, how she dressed and where she was put, then the lady with her friend who took her own life, i have never lost a child and i don't know anyone who has, i don't have anyone who took there own life friends or family.i am 58years old my mother is still alive and my husbands mother is still a live i didnt ask anyone to put there hand up i went to them,i think your commints was unfair and for some people you will put them off asking to revaiw there shows just in case you give a bad review just like mine
